Hay Day in Farmington NH - Saturday Fireworks 9:15pm

It's time to make hay in Farmington, NH and visit this quaint little town for Hay Day from 10 am-3pm THIS Saturday, 8/20/2022. I love this little NH town! You can come enjoy it just walking through with your family at no charge. (We can't help it if the vendors and bargains get you to stop and shop!)

Make your way through the many vendors that will be available with all kinds of treats including custom decals, snow globes, home grown plants at great prices, reversible bucket hats and more, more, more!

Stop by the Goodwin Library for children's musician Mr. Aaron in the parking lot at 11am. Buy a tote for $12 at the library and fill it up starting at 10am! Or if you don't stockpile books you can buy them one by one. Book donations are accepted until Thursday 8/18. Kindly remember, magazines, reader's digest, encyclopedias or books with damage including mold or water cannot be accepted. Proceeds go to local library programs, so bring those great reads for curling up with during winter!

Adjacent to the library parking lot, go see Blessed Bargains "Fine Art and Fair Prices". The store will be open from 10am-2pm and have surprises! Destinee LeBlanc Photography will have a photobooth set up outside her studio to capture a beautiful family or friend photo, across from Cumberland Farms.

Need more reasons to come down? How about a Car Show? It's a short walk to the "Old Fire Station" to be impressed with hot rods and classics. Bringing your car to show? There will be cash prizes and raffles! Space is limited. Registration of only $5 is from 8am-11am or preregister at erogers@Farmington.nh.us

Not sure you want to come for the bargains, vendors or books? How about competing in a Corn Hole Tournament with prizes for the top three positions? You can't win if you don't play, sign-ups are until Thursday, 8/18 on Sign Up Genius($20 individual/$30 team) by searching edickie-yelle@Farmington.nh.us

But wait, there's more! Come see the band Thursday Afternoon starting at 6pm. You may have enjoyed them up at the Alton bandstand recently, come get some pizza and relax watching them in Farmington!

After all this can you believe there's one more thing? No, not bed races this year... but thanks to a generous anonymous donor, there will be Fireworks! Fireworks will be in the back parking lot of Henry Wilson School (yes, that Henry Wilson the town pride and joy as Vice President). Fireworks will start at 9:15pm.
